Service Agreement
Reserving and Retaining an Appointment: A non-refundable retainer is required to for all appointments. Same day and promotional special appointments are due in full.
Payment Policy: The remaining balance of scheduled appointments is due at your appointment. We may charge the card on file or payment may be resolved via exact cash.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled date and time to avoid the application of cancellation fees. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled date and time will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable, therefore, it cannot be transferred to another date.
Rescheduling Policy: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled date and time to qualify for a transfer of your retainer. You may reschedule up to 30 days from your originally scheduled date and time, as long as timely communication has been made. If proper communication is not made, your retainer is forfeited and a new retainer is required for your new date and time.
Late Arrivals: A late arrival of 10-15 minutes will incur a fee of $15. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes with no prior communication will be canceled and considered a no-call/no-show. Your retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable and the no-call/no-show policy will apply; 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
No-call/No-show Policy: If your appointment has been deemed a no-call/no-show, there will not be a refund of the retainer and 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file declines or the client refuses to pay the fee, the client will lose the ability to book any future appointments with The Tiffanee Touch Co. The Tiffanee Touch Co. reserved the right to attempt to process the card for the applicable NCNS fee up to three times.
Artist Cancellation Policy: If the service provider cancels, you will receive a refund of your retainer within three (3) business days of the cancellation.
Travel Policy: On location services are available by request and are subject to the additional travel fee for non-bridal appointments. The travel fee covers up to 25 miles from The Tiffanee Touch’s local studio. Each additional mile is $1.38 per mile and will be due in addition to the remaining balance. The client agrees that they are responsible for additional travel costs associated with parking/valet and/or toll fees. Bridal services require the completion of the bridal inquiry form on the Bridal Inquiry tab.
Guests: Guests that are not receiving service are not allowed at your appointment. This policy is strictly enforced. Safety is our number one priority, therefore, if any additional guests that present, they will not be allowed into the studio/salon during your service.
Appointment Prep: Please arrive to your appointment on time, with a clean face (free of any makeup and debris), and groomed facial hair, unless you are receiving a wax or brow shaping service. This allows for timely service of your appointment.
Health Policy: If you show signs of being ill, as a caution, the service provider has the right to refuse service; no refunds will be issued. If you feel sick or show symptoms of sickness prior to your appointment, please contact Tiffanee as soon as possible/immediately, if possible, to reschedule your appointment. If you have any open wounds, sores, or skin conditions that compromise the face or body within 24 hours of your appointment, please inform Tiffanee immediately. If either of these are present once you have arrived for your appointment and have the possibility of compromising the integrity of the products, supplies, and tools used for the makeup application, the service provider has the right to refuse service; no refunds will be issued. This policy is strictly enforced.
Liability: The Tiffanee Touch Co. will not be held liable for any skin complications, injuries, losses, damages, claims, or actions, that come as a result of services provided.
Group Services and Payment Policy: 50% of all group services is due at the time of booking. If the initial number of individuals being serviced decreases, the full balance is still due and the retainer remains non-refundable, as time has been secured to provide services.
Safe Working Environment Policy: The client understands and agrees that The Tiffanee Touch Co. maintains a safe working environment and complied with county, city, and state health and safety laws, directives, and rules and regulations. The client also understands and agrees that while receiving service, they and their agents shall not carry weapons or firearms, be exposed to severe illness, or make any requests that The Tiffanee Touch Co. or any of its agents participate in or perform any illegal or unsafe acts. Furthermore, The Tiffanee Touch Co., in its sole discretion, will not perform services in any environment or location that is deemed unsafe including, but not limited to, areas that have been or subjected to being affected by communicable diseases, areas of active quarantine, or of similarities. If such conditions are present, The Tiffanee Touch Co. reserved the right to refuse to provide service and terminate service coverage immediately and depart from the service appointment location. The client agrees to relieve and hold The Tiffanee Touch Co. harmless as a result of terminated and/or incomplete coverage (session, wedding, event, etc.), or a lapse in the quality provided by The Tiffanee Touch Co. The client will remain responsible for full payment.
Indemnification: Client ("Indemnifying Party") shall indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless The Tiffanee Touch Co., its heirs, legal representatives, assigns, employees or any persons or corporations acting under permission or authority of The Tiffanee Touch Co. ("Indemnified Party") against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including professional fees and attorneys' fees, that are incurred by Indemnified Party or awarded against Indemnified Party in a final, non-appealable judgment, administrative proceeding, or any alternative dispute resolution proceeding (collectively "Losses"), arising out of any third-party claim alleging: (a) breach or non-fulfillment of any representation, warranty, or covenant under representation or warranty in this Agreement; (b) any negligent or more culpable act or omission of Indemnifying Party or its agents (including any reckless or willful misconduct) in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement; (c) any bodily injury, death of any person, or damage to real or tangible personal property caused by the negligent or more culpable acts or omissions of Indemnifying Party or its agents (including any reckless, or willful misconduct); or (d) any failure by Indemnitying Party to comply with any applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or codes in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Usage of CellPhone and Other Electronic Devices: The client agrees to refrain from the usage of electronic devices while receiving service.
Abuse Clause and Policy: At no time and under no circumstances, whatsoever, shall The Tiffanee Touch Co. or any of its agents tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from the client or any party acting on behalf of the client. If such behavior does occur, the service provider will quietly and respectfully inform the client and/or members to handle the situation. However, if the behavior does not cease, the service provider will consider it a breach of contract under this clause, and vacate from the premises immediately without providing any further services. All remaining fees will be due immediately, regardless of further services not rendered and without any refund of retainer and additional monies paid.
Marketing Material Policy: The Tiffanee Touch Co. may use photos and videos of the client(s) for promotional and marketing use and purposes including, but not limited to, business stationery, social media posts, flyers, and professional website and/or booking site.
Email Communication Policy: Upon booking with The Tiffanee Touch Co., the client agrees to be added to future newsletters and email communications that notifies clients of promotions, specials, and announcements in relation to The Tiffanee Touch Co. Information obtained by The Tiffanee Touch Co. is not sold to or transferred to third parties. The client may opt out of email communication at any time.
